Dolphins D/ST vs Tennessee Titans

The Titans have been the best offense to target for opposing D/STs in 2024. They are allowing 7.2 fantasy points above expectation, the worst in the NFL, and they allow 18.7 fantasy points per game (FPPG) to opposing D/STs, on average.
Looking at the underlying stats of the Titans’ offense, it’s clear why they have been so favorable to opposing defenses. Tennessee has allowed 15 sacks, the 2nd most in the NFL. Additionally, they have committed eight turnovers—all from quarterback Will Levis.
Last week, the Dolphins’ defense forced two turnovers and three sacks against the Seahawks. Miami remains one of the top D/STs to stream this week, despite not having their starting quarterback,
Vikings D/ST @ Green Bay Packers

This is a plea for you to pick up the Vikings’ defense for the foreseeable future, possibly for the rest of the season. This Vikings unit looks top-tier, and they are widely available on waivers.
Minnesota D/ST leads the NFL in fantasy points scored at the position, averaging 16 FPPG. They’ve achieved this through takeaways and sacks, with six (T-3rd most) and 16 (1st most), respectively. Additionally, Minnesota allows just 3.6 yards per carry (3rd lowest), 71.3 rushing yards per game (2nd lowest), and 5.9 yards per pass (11th lowest).
Defenses like this are hard to find this early in the season. The Vikings should be considered a top-tier unit for the foreseeable future. Start them with confidence going forward.
Titans D/ST @ Miami Dolphins

The Dolphins experienced their first week without Tua Tagovailoa as their starter, and it went about as poorly as it could have. They were held to three points, surrendered six sacks, and only managed 205 yards of offense. Unfortunately for Miami, Week 4 looks like it could bring more of the same.
On the Titans’ side of the ball, it’s hard to trust their defense. They’ve allowed an average of 26 points per game, the fifth-most yards per game, the seventh-most yards per play, and the seventh-most red zone touchdowns. The truth is, Tennessee’s offense leading the NFL in giveaways has crippled their defense. Despite holding opponents to just 263 total yards per game, the fifth-best in the league, they still allow the 25th-most points per game.
The Titans are set up to provide a decent fantasy score in Week 4, especially if they can limit their offense’s turnovers. On top of that, the Dolphins still don’t know who their starting quarterback will be against Tennessee.
